As with most custom products, there are no refunds or exchanges, but we care about our customer's happiness.

If you aren't satisfied with your product, please email support@inscripteddecor.com with your name, order information, and reason for dissatisfaction within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will respond to you as quickly as possible.
