1. Order Processing Time

 

We aim to process all orders in about 2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirming your order. Please note that during high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly. 

If your order is RUSH order, sooner than 2 weeks, extra fees apply and will be discussed upon placing the order.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Local delivery is available in the towns of Hillsborough, Somerset/Franklin, Manville, Somerville and Bridgewater in NJ.

Shipping is available to all states in the US.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Delivery Issues

 

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@inscripteddecor.com. We will review and assist where possible but not guaranteed. Please verify your shipping address carefully—we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
